IL PUNTO is an external valuer for many real estate funds in accordance with the current sector law, as well as for custodian banks in order to assess the correctness of the calculation of the value of the fund units.

The company plays this assignement with the understanding of its role as “super partes” guarantor of the third part interests in favor of transparency and confidence in the financial system.

In this matter, our employees are actively involved also representing the Italian Institute of Property valuation – IsIVI, and TEGoVA in public consultations and hearings at supervisors and legislative authorities in Covered Bond, MBS, SGR, Relationship with independent experts, Custodian Bank and Community Mortgage.

Thanks to their economic and strategic skills, our experts, are able to provide a valid support both for the eventual preparation of the Business Plan of the Fund and for its affidavit in order to verify the compatibility and profitability of contributions compared to the management policy.
