She is Chief Executive Officer of IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor / CORFAC International and she is the co-founder of Voice of Space, operating at the intersection of design, strategic communication, and technology — transforming physical environments into spaces of impact. The company creates places that embody values, foster community, and elevate the identity of brands, institutions, and personalities. With offices in Milan and Kyiv, it collaborates with innovation hubs, science and industrial parks, philanthropists, municipalities, and global industry leaders to design purpose-driven spaces that leave a lasting imprint.
She is also the President of FIABCI-Ukraine, leading the national chapter in shaping globally connected real estate development and sustainable reconstruction. In parallel, she serves as Vice President of the FIABCI World Council of Architects and Head of the Rebuild Green Committee, advocating for resilient design, circular construction, and future-oriented urban transformation.
She is the founder of SYNCHRO SPACE, a hub of urban innovation that develops and delivers future-forward programs for cities. Its flagship initiative, Rebuild Green 2030, co-organised with FIABCI-Ukraine, is an international program promoting green reconstruction in Ukraine through circular economy models, bio-based materials, and smart urban solutions.
Throughout her career, she has led major international projects such as the Systemic Transformation of Coal Mining Cities with UNDP, mentored urban startups and municipalities, and built acceleration programs for the Ukrainian Startup Fund and TechUkraine. With over 15 years of experience in architecture and spatial design, she develops transformative concepts for public and private environments — from impact spaces to innovation ecosystems.
As a speaker and mentor, she supports urban innovators and communities in shaping future-ready strategies, contributing to initiatives such as the British-Ukrainian Circular Design School, the 1991 Accelerator, the Open University of Maidan, and others.
